Pranamaya Yoga studio Nepal offers a unique experience that focuses on balancing and awakening Prana, the life energy through the practice of asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mindfulness and sound healing.
The yoga practices not only energizes the body but also calms the mind, deepens meditation, and brings mindfulness into daily life making it an unforgettable journey for yoga practitioners visiting Nepal.
We offer daily yoga classes and regular yoga workshops in our yoga studio in Thamel. All classes are suitable for beginners. Pre-registering for classes is not necessary, just come to the class of your choice 10 mins before it starts. You can find the class schedule and information about the different classes on our website. We provide clean yoga mats and other yoga accessories at no charge.
