Dr. B. S. Dabral is a globally recognised yoga meditation teacher, mentor, scholar, and author with over two decades of experience in the Himalayan Yoga Meditation tradition. Initiated by the great yogis of 21st century, Swami Rama of the Himalayas, Dr. Dabral seamlessly bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with modern scientific research.

He holds a PhD in Yoga Philosophy and an MBA from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and an Executive MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam, a unique combination that allows him to specialise in yoga for psychotherapy, corporate wellness, and stress management.

Life member of Indian Yoga Association, an executive board member of the Asian Yogasana Sports Federation and panel member of the Technical Committee for the Professional Sports Licensing Program and the Sports Institute Accreditation Program Ministry of Sports, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is at the forefront of professionalizing yoga and mindfulness worldwide.
