At Pranamaya Yoga Studio, we regularly conduct specialised workshops designed to deepen understanding and refine practice. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme or aspect of yoga,
allowing participants to explore the subject in greater depth.
Our workshops cover a wide range of topics, including alignment and adjustments in yoga postures, backbends, handstand techniques, meditation, pranayama, and breathing practices. These sessions are ideal for practitioners who wish to enhance their knowledge, improve technique, and gain deeper insights into yogic practices.
Most of our workshops are conducted on weekends and typically run for 4–6 hours, providing an immersive and focused learning experience.
