The Science of Experience (Pratyaksha)
Our practice is rooted in Sadhana; systematic, disciplined practice. We shift the focus from theoretical knowledge to direct perception (Pratyaksha). At Pranamaya, your own body and mind are the laboratory. We do not ask you to blindly believe; we invite you to practice and perceive. By following the ancient map of human consciousness, you discover for yourself the stillness that lies beyond the surface level of physical fitness.
Preparation of the Body (Temple)
True mastery begins with the foundation. We honour the Himalayan Meditation system; a hallmark of the Swami Rama lineage. While the modern world speaks of “mobility,” we view the asana practice as the essential preparation for the body , removing blockages in the flow of Prana (life force). By integrating systematic breath-work (Pranayama), deep meditation, and the resonant vibrations of Nada Yoga, we harmonise the nervous system and prepare the mind for the light of higher consciousness.
Authentic Transmission (Parampara)
In an era of “instant” certifications and curated content, we stand for Parampara; the living lineage of transmission. The wisdom shared here is not collected from textbooks; it is a sacred heritage passed down from teacher to student in its purest form. We offer the slow, steady, and authentic path of the Himalayan tradition; not because it is “trending,” but because it is the Truth.
Harmony in the Heart of Kathmandu
Our mission is the intentional cultivation of a calm, focused, and resilient mind. Whether through the movement of the body or the silence of meditation, we provide the tools to harmonise your inner and outer worlds. Here, in the heart of the Himalayas, we invite you to experience a science of living that is as timeless as the mountains themselves.

Connect with your true nature through the timeless practices of breath, movement, and meditation passed down by the Himalayan Yogis.
