Our daily classes are designed as 90-minute workshop-style sessions, allowing you not only to practice but also to deepen your understanding and knowledge of yoga. These sessions are ideal for beginners, as well as yoga enthusiasts.

We also offer 60-minute drop-in classes upon request with prior booking. These group sessions run with a minimum of 2–3 participants. The booking will be confirmed with a time slot.
