Yoga Workshops

Yoga workshops aim at giving you tools to deepen your yoga practice and work towards a balanced lifestyle. Pranamaya yoga organises regular yoga workshops with local and visiting reputed yoga teachers. We also organise special yoga workshops for groups, both in our studios in Kathmandu and at various beautiful locations outiside the city.
Workshops can be created around a theme, goal or yoga style. We also combine workshops with nature hikes.

To reserve a spot in any of the workshops, please fill out our booking form.
