About Tridendra Shakya
Yoga has deeply affected my life. For me yoga is more than a series of poses, it’s a way of life. In 2006 I registered as a doctor in Naturopathy and Yogic Science. From that time on teaching and learning is an ongoing process for me and through yoga and Ayurveda I share what I have learned with people around me. Throughout the years I have developed a yoga series within the Hatha lineage in which I aim that at the end of the class every class you have worked with your whole body, feeling totally alive but also calm and connected. I believe there is no such thing as a perfect pose. Every yogic pose is meant to conform who we are. All we need to do is breathe, move, and sweat.
