Our wellness weekends are about relaxation, self-care, and re-energizing. These retreats are held at Hattiban resort, a sanctuary situated in the foothills of the Kathmandu valley. The stunning location is surrounded by an enchanting forest. The resort is equipped with a beautiful spa that includes a sauna and a steam room to help you detox and revive. There is also a massage therapist onsite.
Every wellness retreat is a combination of yoga and self-care. It is a time to restore and heal. Two yoga classes will be offered each day. The morning class will be energetic and cleansing, while the evening session will be grounding, nourishing, and healing. Our teachers are here to offer you a practice that will encourage balance, wellness, and nourishment.
