In our team of very experienced teachers, i am definitely the new kid on the block. I started doing yoga in 2007, and studied and am studying with different teachers in Nepal, India and New Zealand. In these few years on the path, yoga has made a big impact on my outlook on life. It helped me battle stress and depression and makes me thankful for all the big and small things that make my life colourful and light.
I did my teacher training course in Kerala in 2010 so that i could share the benefits of yoga with others. Since then i slowly started teaching friends on Ibiza and in Nepal. I only teach what i practice, and so my classes at the moment combine active relaxation with dynamic sequences and static poses. I put a special focus on body awareness by asking my students to pay attention to alignment and the breath.
I hope to grow both in my practice and in teaching, and promise to compensate my lack of teaching experience with enthusiasm and dedication!
