Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, a Sanskrit term meaning “yogic sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a profound and natural state of meditation. Also called “psychic sleep,” yoga nidra is actually a state between sleeping and waking.  Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness thus it is  a meditation in the most restful alignment with the body. Yoga Nidra is also a tool to explore the subconscious mind. Come explore the deeply relaxing state of awareness in the 1 hour session of yoga nidra.
