Perhaps you have excess heat and fire in your system, perhaps you’re always cold. Learn how your an incorporate the theory of the elements into your food preparation in ordered to find the right combinations of food groups for your individual needs!
In this workshop you will also learn how to understand the internal elements. The internal elements are energies rather than their forms. In our bodies these are the physical energies that pump our blood, digest our food, and fire our neurons. Subtle energies arise as prana.
Prana is vitality! It is our life force. We can learn how to consciously increase prana through meditative awareness. Your food preparation is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the internal and external elements. Its a wonderful way to see the prana in your food and see your meals as a spiritual ritual of nourishment! learning how to eat with the elements in a mindful way is a wonderful way to enrich your daily activities.
