Frank: “These meditation classes consist of several types of techniques used in the Buddhist mahayana tradition including those for developing firm concentration (shamatha), developing bodhichitta (compassion and loving kindness), and insight meditations for understanding the nature of reality (vipashyana).” Classes will be led by Frank Schwartz, who has a 15 year history as a student of several abbotts of the tibetan gelug schools.
