Sometimes we are so busy on improving ourselves we forget to take time out to simply be okay with who and where we are in life. If we continually strive to push forward in a yang way we may become depleted in the impossible search to be good enough. When we are trying to change our external landscapes we can easily forget that yoga is the process of uncovering our internal goodness, appreciating our bodies and becoming aware of the mind and all the noise it creates. Take time out to remember the ways we can practice more self care and nourish our bodies and minds. Join me on a weekend away from the busyness of Kathmandu to fuel and feed your heart and explore the nature of yin and yang through asana, pranayama and meditation.
