Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Sitaram: “ Slow flow vinyasa yoga gives us the time and space to fluidly journey into our practice with integrity and awareness. Students are encouraged to savor not only each asana, but also the transitions between them. The sequence pulses as the class progresses, intensity followed by restoration, again and again, to the body’s delight. We open, we deepen, and we shine.”
