This workshop is an opportunity to change up certain habits you haven the kitchen and replace them with more healthy alternatives. Why is it important combine certain food? why is it important to completely eliminate certain toxic food hidden in the potty packaging ! What is it SO important to choose the right oils? Nic will answer all these questions and more in the informative and fun experience with food.
