In Vinyasa you will learn how to flow with the breath.

Students who have explored Ashtanga and Vinyasa practice and have established a strong foundation are encouraged to attend a level 2 class. This class focuses on subtle refinement in postures.  Time is given to open specific inner subtle spaces and progress towards more complex and advanced postures. This class isn’t recommended for beginners.
