In this short retreat we will explore the body- mind connections. Making contact with the movement of your breathing body. Becky Jay will guide through different methods to focus and expand the inherit potential of your breath. And simple exercise to focus the mind. The flowing nature of vinyasa practice gives you something to move with. Its a somatic sense of deep transformation. Through this awareness the practice becomes a moving meditation. While balance, strength, flexibility and openness begin to arise in your physical being; you gradually feel the more subtle energetic awakenings throughout your subtle body. The practice will help you feel both relaxed and revitalized. This vinyasa yoga retreat will challenge you to move out of habitual holding patterns within your body and mind. And rest in the dynamic nature of the present moment.
