“Breathing is the most essential means of sustaining a human life. The breath is what carries our prana, or vital life energy.

In this workshop we will cover all the major types of pranayama and their uses. We will explore the breath and its effects on our body and energy so not only we can enrich our daily life with conscious breathing but also advance our daily Yoga practice.

Dive into the anatomy of the breath, its function and capacity to power up your practice. Breathe, unfold and explore.

– Introduction to Pranayama
– Guidelines to practice pranayama
– In practical part we will cover following breathing excercises: Sukha Pranayama or easy breathing, Vibhagya Pranayama or sectional breathing, Kapalabhathi, Seethali/Seethkari/Sedantha Pranayama, Nadi Shodana, Ujjayi, Bhramari
– Use of bandhas (neuro-musuclar body locks) in practice of pranayama. “

This workshop is 1500 Nepali Rupees. The Workshop will be at the studio in Thamel
