Marion: In the Power Vinyasa classes movement and breath are aligned with each other. The class starts with a short meditation or breathing technique to centre oneself and to create awareness and focus. My class is built on sun salutations (creative sequences), balancing postures, twists, seated- and finishing postures. The class ends with a nice Shavasana (resting pose).
