Traditionally, yoga is practiced individually, while Partner Yoga brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch and intimacy. It can be practiced by two or more people and is a great way to strengthen and build relationships by fostering trust and communication. In this session, you will learn to communicate through verbal and non-verbal techniques to facilitate your asana practice and thus connect at a deeper level with another human being.
You do not need to bring a partner in order to join this class. I rotate the participants every few asanas so you will have a chance to work with all body shapes, sizes and abilities. You are also most welcome to partner with someone the whole class as well. Just let me know.
