Partner yoga utilizes the forms and principles of individual postures while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the experience and to deepen the stretch, strength and flexiblility. Partner yoga awakens our human principles such as compassion, trust, letting go, balance and creativity.
The workshop is for everyone, with or without yoga practice. You could come on your own and meet other yogis & yoginis, or bring a friend, college or neighbour to join you.
We start the workshop with a bodyscan to become aware of our body and mind and do some openings postures to stretch and warm up. We end the workshop with a nice shavasna (final relaxation).
