The series of 3 Workshops is open to all and aimed at instilling a sense of stillness in the mind, learning in breathing with awareness and integrate movement with mindfulness. It would be useful to attend all three sessions to fully reap the benefits at somatic, mental, and emotional levels even if attending only one is also possible.
Session #1 starts with gentle flow and opening to the energy of breathing mindfully, and release deep seated tensions or knots.
Session #2 builds up patience on pausing, allowing the breath to guide the movement and progressively stilling body and mind.
Session #3 is a total restorative indulgence with lots of props, soothing sounds, and refreshing meditative energy to pack up for long lasting effects.

Tuesday 18th June: Hatha Flow to Yin Stillness: Somatic movement to awakened stillness
Wednesday 19th June: Inner Breathing: The energy of Yin to the still of Restorative nidra
Thursday 21st June: Total Restorative Experience – Indulging breathing.
