Welcoming all just as it is
How would it feel if you could welcome all your bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts and beliefs just as they are, with the understanding that they will change again and that they are not truly you?
How would it be to not get lost in the likes and dislikes, the stories and negative self beliefs, and to feel connected, authentic and whole?
IRest Yoga Nidra® is a path of meditation, based on ancient Yogic and Buddhist wisdom and current neuroscience research. IRest Yoga Nidra hopes to give you a complete meditation practice that integrates your intentions and your experience of your body and mind, and restores your innate understanding of who you truly are through self inquiry.
This workshop will take you through the 10 steps of the IRest Yoga Nidra meditation. You will discover your heartfelt desire, find your inner resource, work with welcoming opposites, explore uncaused joy and remember Being.
