Rupesh: Welcome to my yoga class.
This class is open for anyone to take part in. You might be an advanced practitioner with abundant knowledge, or a beginner with zero knowledge. Everyone can practice here together.
We usually begin the class with initial relaxation in order to disconnect you from the outside world of desire and craving. Depending on the group environment, there will sometimes be challenging and difficult postures and sometimes a very simple and gentle flow. We lay emphasis on connecting ourselves with our inner world and the energy body. To realize this, we bring awareness to the breath, pulse, heart beat, movements of the abdomen, temperature of the body, tension, stretching, pressure and any kind of sensation that arises and disappears.
In this class, we nurture consciousness and become aware of how a healthy, vibrant body gives us a positive feeling. At the same time, the mind can rest into peace and serenity.
