Kristine; “In our overstimulating modern world we should let our mind go more inwards rather than try to find something in outer world.” This wellness weekend is about relaxation, self-care, and re-energizing. In the mornings we will start with a dynamic, soulful and rejuvenating physical yoga practice fusing the principles of hatha vinyasa yoga (the union of body, breath, and movement). This morning practice will lighten up physical and mental burdens by opening the body and mind and allowing to enjoy the rest of the day with a full and accepting heart. In the late afternoon a Slow sunset session will give you the opportunity to tune your energy inwards and become familiar with your personal patterns of thinking, moving, and breathing. We will enjoy a slow vinyasa session with the qualities of bhakti yoga – gratitude, humility, compassion, and devotion. This practice will allow you to come into a place of inner stillness.
