Meditation class

This class will offer a 30 minute long guided sitting meditation. The technique we will introduce is a foundational Buddhist practice called Shamata, in which one single-pointedly contentrates on an object like the breath, a physical object or a visualization until the mind becomes steady and joins unwaveringly with it.
