Daniel: Elemental yoga is a method of hatha yoga practice that returns to its foundations in the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Spirit) and integrates Chinese medicine, yin/yang organ pairing, shiatsu and Ayurveda. It focuses on yoga as a healing practice, observing imbalances in the qualities of the 5 elements in the organism and balances these through meditation, breathing practice and asanas. Through these practices we improve energetic flow through the chakras, stimulate subtle body connections and engage the feeling body to achieve a balance in mind, body and spirit. Elemental yoga is accessible to all yoga practitioners regardless of their level or previous practice.
