Craniosacral Impulse Regulation, 1st Level

Craniosacral is a hands-on system of medicine that facilitates the body’s ability for healing and making its own remedies by removing any hindrances to the inner-relationship of structure and functions.

You need to learn how to feel the craniosacral pulse; and to distinguish the frequency, amplitude, symmetry and quality of the craniosacral rhythm. Through gentle and deep techniques the body gets balanced and vitality for healing and optimum recovery gets movable. Join this incredible experience.

The course includes a study book (bring a data stick for more info)

10 step program:

-       Palpation of the craniosacral pulse and CSF (fluid)

-       Release of the body trunk

-       Release of the head bones

-       Indirect – / Direct -, Still Point and V-spread Techniques

-       Disengagement: Tuning in methods and Mindfulness
