In this class all levels are welcome and supported, but the teaching aims to particularly enable those who have established the foundations of Ashtanga to enter more of a flow in their practice. By gliding in and out of the postures with the breath, we aim to cover the full opening sequence and first half of primary, to explore the second half of primary, and include the full closing sequence. Those with an established practice are welcome and encouraged to undertake a mysore-style self-practice during the class, to enjoy the energy of the room along with adjustments as needed.
