Annie: “A perfect place for beginners to the Ashtanga Yoga system. We will explore the basic foundations of Ashtanga including bandhas (locks), breath (ujjayi), gaze points (drishti), and the vinyasa system. After the foundation is solid we will take students through the opening standing poses and close with a modified finishing sequence. Depending on the level of the class, the first few seated poses will be introduced as well.”
