After some competency has been reached in the foundations and standing sequence, students will be ready to join this class. Also, beginners to Ashtanga Yoga but who have had experience in vinyasa-based yoga are also welcome to this class. We will take you through the entire first half of primary series at a rhythmic pace, with more detailed instruction offered in the new seated poses being introduced and a full closing sequence.
